COUGS SUPPORT COUGS
We want to take a moment to check in with you.

We know you’ve been receiving a lot of information about COVID-19 and how WSU is managing this unprecedented pandemic, all while maintaining the workload of a student. Some of you are balancing those requirements in addition to new living arrangements and helping your children and families adapt as well. We know these changes haven’t been easy.

We also know Cougs are resilient. You are adapting, helping fellow Cougs, and you are learning to ask for help. During this crisis, we’re all reminded just how special the Coug community is, even as you find yourself changing how you can experience community at this time. We’re connecting, working, and supporting one another and discovering that even as we have to isolate, we are not isolated. As our WSU President Kirk Schulz said, we are coming together.

We recognize how difficult these changes can be and how many of you are worried about completing this semester successfully. It is frustrating to have more questions than answers. We also recognize that there are aspects of your lives in which we cannot help directly, but we may be able to help direct you to community resources (listed below).

We are here for you. We care about you. We are committed to doing all that we can to support you as you adapt to be a student during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are all here and ready to assist you in whatever way we can.
