Transitioning to a new platform
Hey Cougs,
At the end of July, we will phase out our current student engagement platform,
CougSync (also known as Campus Labs or Engage), in preparation for a new platform. We are confident the new platform will significantly
improve your ability to capture your leadership and involvement activities and manage your student organizations in a centralized, virtual
space.
We encourage students to download the following information before July 31
- Any data captured in your involvement résumé, experiences, and memberships. You can find these in your CougSync account (top
right picture icon). CougSync has records of organization involvement dates and information related to events and activities that you
attended (and card swiped into).
We encourage all organization officers to save the following items:
- All documents including current constitution and bylaws
- Forms including all surveys and their corresponding data
- Pictures in the gallery
- Anything of importance for your organizations
Any information or items must be downloaded before Friday, July 31.
