Washington is a vote-by-mail state, meaning almost all voting occurs via ballots mailed to voters. The state pays for postage, so you can return your ballot for free via mail or drop box before November 3 at 8:00 p.m. Pullman has multiple drop boxes, including one at the CUB and one at Paradise Creek. |
