| Flu Shot Fridays are open to WSU students, faculty, and staff. Flu shots are covered in full by most insurance plans, so bring your insurance card. We are unable to give a flu vaccine to anyone under the age of 18 who is not a WSU student, or anyone who is pregnant. |
Why is getting the flu shot important during the COVID‑19 pandemic?
- Reduces your risk of getting sick. COVID-19 and the flu have similar symptoms and it is possible to have both at the same time.
- Prevents illness that leads to hospitalizations and lessens the impact on the health care system.
- Helps to protect our most vulnerable populations within our community.

Guidelines for your visit:
- If you are showing any symptoms or if you have come in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please stay home.
- Complete the required attestation via myWSU prior to your arrival. You must show proof that you completed the attestation before entering.
- Staff will check your temperature before you can gain access to the building. If your temperature reads 100.4° F or higher, you will be asked to return at a later time.
- Wear a mask.
- Maintain physical distance of six feet from others.
- Cover coughs and sneezes.
