Dear WSU Supporter,

In the next few days you are likely to receive a letter in the mail from Washington State University President Elson S. Floyd. The letter will request that you consider giving to WSU and provides a short list of great programs from which you might consider pledging your support. Among the listed programs are a couple associated with the Division of Student Affairs, Equity and Diversity. They are:

  • general scholarships
  • equity & diversity

As you know, the Division of Student Affairs, Equity and Diversity and its many programs touch the lives of virtually every student who attends WSU. Your support makes a huge difference in our ability to reach out and support all the students who can benefit from our programs.

When you receive Dr. Floyd's letter, I encourage you to consider giving to one or both of the areas I listed above. If you have questions or would like additional information, please contact Rise McGill (sounds like Lisa with an 'R') at 509-335-6726 or ramcgill@wsu.edu.

Thank you very much for your consideration of our programs and outstanding support of WSU students.

Michael J. Tate, Ph.D.
Vice President
