This workshop will teach you how to overcome perceived limitations to become a leader who can positively influence others. Jake will engage the audience in hands-on strategies to create a culture of collaboration and positivity in the workplace.

A Leader’s Guide To Developing Terrific Teams

This workshop provides the tools to be an effective leader who can pull people together to accomplish a common goal. Participants will participate in role-playing scenarios to practice some of the curve balls that often get thrown when team leading, and learn how to inspire excitement for the team’s mission.
